1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Veckopeng ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. The Service
Veckopeng is a digital tool for:
- Family chore management
- Allowance tracking
- Savings goals
- Achievements
- Payout tracking with Swish handoff or parent-managed manual confirmation
The Service does not execute payments or store payout card details.
Veckopeng offers:
- Free Tier
- Pro Subscription Tier (via Stripe)
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to create a parent account.
- You are responsible for supervising children using the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Account Rules
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep passwords and PINs secure
- Notify us of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts for security risks or violations.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Billing is handled by Stripe
- Plans renew automatically
- You may cancel anytime via the billing portal
- Refunds are discretionary and handled case-by-case
- Failure to pay may downgrade your account to Free tier.
6. Usage Limits
We enforce usage limits such as:
- Free vs Pro user and task limits
- Weekly task allowances
- API/WebSocket rate limits
- Fair use restrictions
Breaching limits may restrict functionality until upgrade.
7. Payment Tracking
Veckopeng does not process real payments.
Parents are responsible for:
- Verifying actual money transfers
- Ensuring correctness of amounts
- Resolving disputes with children or co-parents
We cannot verify or enforce payments.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal activity
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful content
- Circumvent protections
- Abuse referral programs
- Copy, reverse engineer, or build competing services using Veckopeng's code or data
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
Veckopeng's:
- Branding
- UI design
- Software
- Documentation
- Achievements, icons, and features
…are the property of Veckopeng / Anders Bergvall.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Zero bugs
- Zero data loss
- Compatibility with all devices
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Veckopeng is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months (or zero for Free tier users)
- Nothing excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Veckopeng and its owner against claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Actions taken by anyone using your account
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Policy violations
- Security risks
- Non-payment
- Legal requirements
Upon termination, access stops immediately. We may delete or anonymize your data according to the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
Continued use of Veckopeng after updates indicates acceptance.
